Tim the Bear
Tim the Bear is the Eastern European neighbour of Donna and Cleveland in Stoolbend. He soon befriends Cleveland, who gets over his initial surprise of living next to a bear, and the two of them soon become drinking buddies at their local The Broken Stool. Tim also helps Cleveland get a job at his local cable company, but is sad when Cleveland reveals himself to be a much better employee than him and outshines him at the company. Tim is married to Arianna, who bullies him a little, causing him to sneak a crafty smoke in secret, rather than face the wrath of his wife. He’s also got a stoner, layabout son called Raymond.
Though he enjoys a cigarette and a drink with Cleveland, Holt and Lester, Tim is a deeply religious bear, often quoting bible passages and extolling his drinking buddies to do the right thing in the eyes of the Lord. He tries to live his life as Jesus would, but money trouble and his domineering wife test his Christian virtues and soon he’s forced to perform non-spiritual activities like showing his strange bear willy to the boys in the bar in exchange for food (apparently it looks like ET’s finger).
